The Romanian-Turkish Bilateral Chamber of Commerce represented by Mr. Tamer ATALAY participated as a member of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea (BSCSIF) at the General Assembly and the Administrative Council meeting which took place in Istanbul, Turkey.
